The Commanders concept advances: an off-field role managing vision, economy, and coordination tools. The goal: add a strategic layer without removing gunplay enjoyment for players on the field.
We also want this role to be "skill-based": match reading, clean communication, resource management, decision-making.
Design axes:
- Real utility, not "decorative boss".
- Limited tools (no absolute control).
- Clear team interaction, without radio spam.
